Jeffrey Rothman is a transformational business leader with a 25-year track record of launching, revitalizing, and scaling consumer brands across healthcare, personal care, and food in North America and Europe. Known for his strategic vision and ability to identify opportunities, Rothman has led multi-billion-dollar businesses, steered high-impact brand turnarounds, and brought breakthrough innovations to market.

Currently, Rothman is an independent advisor, offering strategic, marketing, and commercial counsel to a diverse range of businesses, from early-stage startups to global multinationals. Before launching his advisory practice, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Oral Care North America at Colgate-Palmolive. Under his leadership, Colgate reinvigorated its toothpaste and toothbrush portfolio after years of stagnation, increasing household penetration, revenue, and profit. He led the launch of Colgate’s most significant toothbrush innovation in two decades and helped secure the brand’s place on Fast Company’s “Brands That Matter” list. As Managing Director of the No7 Beauty Company NA, he established No7 as a top-10 skincare brand in the U.S. At Danone he launched Activia Yogurt, revitalized the Light & Fit brand and rapidly grew their plant-based yogurt portfolio.

Beyond his business achievements, Rothman is a certified managerial coach recognized for building high-performing teams, fostering cultural transformation, and navigating complex business challenges. He enjoys guest-lecturing on business strategy and remains an active supporter of his local community. An avid tennis player and runner, he lives in Nyack, New York, with his wife and two children.
